Refunds and Cancellations

Please provide 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment.

Late cancellations, less than 24 hours from the appointment time, will incur a late-cancellation fee of 50% of the booked services. Failure to attend an appointment will incur a no-show fee of 100% of the booked services.

To book online it is necessary to provide your credit/debit card details, which will be kept on file securely by the payment processor. These card details will be used to pay for late-cancellation or no-show fees.
